A cloth pull animation uses simulated fabric as the moving foreground element. The product remains the visual destination while the cloth creates anticipation and directs the eye toward the final silhouette.
Drapery Reveal lets you iterate on the pull without building a keyframe rig. Re-drape the cloth, change the direction and travel, preview the simulation, and keep the version that clears the model most convincingly.
The most important choices are the cloth-to-model proportion, the direction that avoids snagging on prominent shapes, and a pull speed that creates a clear transition without rushing the final view.
This treatment works when the motion itself is part of the creative idea: title sequences, short product teasers, portfolio covers, presentation openers, and social posts that need one immediate transformation.
A simulation is sensitive to geometry, cloth resolution, collider settings, and device performance. A setting that works for one model should be treated as a starting idea rather than a universal preset.
