1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using draperyreveal.com, the Drapery Reveal™ web app, account features, payment features, and related backend services (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) The Service
Drapery Reveal™ is a browser-based tool that allows you to open a 3D model, configure a scene, generate a cloth-reveal animation, and export a video. Some functionality is available without an account. Account features may include saved recordings, transaction history, and Pro run credits.
The Service is provided as a web app. We do not offer downloadable executable software through the Site. Features may change, break, be limited, or be unavailable from time to time.
3) Accounts and credentials
You may create an account using your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse the Service, interfere with other users, or appear fraudulent.
4) Pro credits, Stripe Checkout, and payments
Paid Pro credits are processed through Stripe Checkout. Stripe may collect payment card details, billing information, fraud-prevention signals, and related data under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes.
When you purchase Pro credits, we may send Stripe account and checkout metadata such as your account ID, email address, name, purchase type, run count, and amount. We may store payment status, Checkout session IDs, invoice links, receipt links, purchase amounts, currency, timestamps, and remaining credit balances so we can provide credits and transaction history.
Pro credits are account-based, non-transferable, and intended for use within Drapery Reveal™. Unless a checkout page, written policy, or applicable law says otherwise, purchases are final once Stripe confirms payment. If there is a payment or crediting issue, contact us and we will review it.
5) Your content and saved recordings
- You may open supported 3D model and texture files to use the Service.
- You retain your rights in your source models, textures, exports, saved recordings, and other content you provide.
- Normal source-model loading and simulation happen locally in your browser. If you save a rendered recording to your account, you authorize us to store and process the rendered video, thumbnail, title/file name, metadata, and related account data so we can provide saved-recording features.
- If you send us files or messages for support, you authorize us to use them to respond to and troubleshoot your request.
- You represent that you have all rights needed to use your content with the Service and that your content does not violate law, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or third-party agreements.
6) Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, create, store, distribute, or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, abusive, obscene, or malicious content. You also agree not to interfere with the Service, bypass limits, scrape or overload systems, reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law, probe or attack security, use stolen payment methods, submit fraudulent transactions, or use the Service to create, distribute, or test malware.
7) Cookies, ads, analytics, and third-party services
The Service uses cookies, local storage, session storage, analytics tools, advertising services, payment processors, contact-form processing, hosting providers, and other third-party services. These may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdSense, Stripe, and hosting/backend providers. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers where applicable.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use cookies, browser storage, analytics, advertising, Stripe payment data, account data, and saved-recording data.
8) Intellectual property
The Service, website, interface, code, branding, logos, text, graphics, and other materials provided by Drapery Reveal™ are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service unless permitted by us in writing or by applicable law.
9) Feedback
If you submit feedback, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without compensation to you.
10) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every browser/device/file, or that simulations, saved recordings, payments, invoices, exports, or generated videos will meet your expectations or be free from defects.
11) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAPERY REVEAL™ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST CONTENT, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PAYMENT/EXPORT DELAYS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drapery Reveal™ and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your content, your use of the Service, your payment activity, your saved recordings, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service at any time, including if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, used the Service fraudulently, or abused account, payment, or saved-recording features. You may stop using the Service at any time and may contact us about account or data deletion requests.
14) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, limit, discontinue, or replace features, including free features, account features, saved-recording features, Pro credits, pricing, or integrations. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Indiana for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
